How often do we take the time to work on our unconscious brain?
There are things that we are unconsciously committed to that we’re not even aware of – yet it’s why certain patterns keep replaying in your life. This is the “emergency brake” that keeps you from achieving your goals, dreams, and desires.
Figure out what it is that you are complaining about. Pick one of the Five Territories and choose a scenario you complain about the most.
All that complaining is a symptom – it means you are unconsciously committed to the results that you are getting. Stop complaining about it and figure out why you are unconsciously committed to it.
Remember: Energy flows where attention goes.
