For a lot of men in their mid-30s and 40s they let go of themselves a little bit, they start joining a gym and everything but as they start to make progress, it’s like they get one step forward and then two steps back.
As you take your journey into parenthood and being a partner needs a lot of energy and a lot of work to do it successfully. It requires a lot of attention and a lot of emotion. And if you also have a business, you start to struggle then you start to put yourself last. If you don’t give yourself what you need, you are not giving yourself everything that you need to be your best self, how can you be all these other things? It really has to start within yourself.
